Airheads Masterclass Live - Terms of Service

Welcome to the Airheads Masterclass Live event, taking place from April 25, 2023, to May 1, 2023. By registering for the event, you agree to be bound by these terms.
- Event Description
Airheads Masterclass Live is an online summit focused on breathwork, featuring expert speakers and live sessions. The event will be hosted on Zoom or a similar platform and will be uploaded to the Airheads Masterclass Live website, accessible at www.airheadsmasterclass.com, within 24 hours of the live stream.
- Registration and Payment
To participate in the event, you must register and pay the non-refundable ticket price of $197. By registering for the event, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
- Event Content and Recording
Airheads Masterclass Live reserves the right to use images, audio, and video recordings from the event for promotional purposes. By attending the event, you grant Airheads Masterclass Live permission to use your likeness in future marketing materials.
- Technical Difficulties
Airheads Masterclass Live is not responsible for any technical issues that may arise, such as speakers' internet connections or platform issues. In the event of a technical problem, we will do our best to record the session and upload it to the website later. However, we do not guarantee the availability or quality of the recordings.
- Language and Content
Airheads Masterclass Live is a live event, and we are not responsible for the language used by the speakers. Please be aware that some content may not be suitable for all audiences.
- Safety Policy and Age Restriction
Some breathwork exercises may be powerful and have potential risks. Please read our safety policy before participating in any sessions. The Conscious Connected Day is not suitable for children. Participants must be at least 18 years of age to attend the event. Read the safety policy here
- Limitation of Liability
Airheads Masterclass Live and its affiliates, employees, or contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the event.

- Lifetime Access to Recordings
As a participant of Airheads Masterclass Live, you will have lifetime access to the event's recordings as long as the company, Airheads Life, remains active. Please note that in rare instances, speakers may request the removal of a recording due to technical issues, incorrect information, or other unspecified reasons. In such cases, the recording may no longer be available for viewing.
